Many of our products are designed to allow our users to communicate. We will never transmit or collect the communication of our users, nor will we process the communication to extract the essence, meaning or intent of the communicated messages. Communication messages are created on the device itself and do not use any connection with NeoTerra or other parties in the generation process.

In order to improve our products we collect data on their usage (“Usage Data”), including, but not limited to, the application version, device information, application settings and application usage statistics. This data is not linked to the person using the product, nor can it be used to disclose the identity of the user.

All personal information used within our applications are stored locally only. No personal information is downloaded, used or sold to third parties. Sales Data Payments are handled by third parties, such as, but not limited to Apple & Google Play Store. We do not receive or store any payment method related data from these services.

All information shared on our public social media channels, such as, but not limited to, the NeoTerra Systems Inc, Signal Wireless Inc and/or SALT Facebook, Instagram and other social pages as well as the associated corporate websites, is considered to be public. The information is available for everyone and the companie(s) may decide to republish the information on other social media channels.

In contact with our support team users typically share more personal information. This information is used to help the user with their specific problem or question. This data is accessible to employees of NeoTerra. In specific cases the data may be shared with our product development team to resolve software related issues. It will not be shared with third parties for other purposes. User can request to delete all data from our support systems at any time at feedback@neoterra.ca
